CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN

Hi...this is my chocolate chip muffin.So simple & easy to make. Just prepare the dry & wet ingredients, then combined them. It's perfect for breakfast or for your children box meal after lunch in the school. I always made my own fresh muffin or cupcakes for them, nothing can compare : ) You can always replace the chocolate chip with strawberry, cherry & etc...This recepi makes 12 muffin, just double the recepi to have more...Have a try....





Chocolate chip muffin


Ingredients:
113g unsalted melted butter / mentega tanpa garam di cairkan
2 large eggs / telur saiz besar
240 ml fresh milk / susu segar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence / esen vanila
260g flour / 260g Tepung gandum
135g sugar / gula
1 tbsp baking powder / serbuk penaik
1/2 tsp salt / garam - skip if using salted butter
170g chocolate chips / cip coklat


Topping (optional):
1 tbsp sugar / gula
1 tsp ground cinnamon / serbuk kayu manis


Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190 C. Line muffin pan with muffin cup.
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 190 C. Susun muffin cup dalam acuan muffin.


2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk & vanilla.
2. Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan bersama telur, susu & vanila.


3. In another large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3. Dalam mangkuk besar yang lain, satukan tepung, gula, serbuk penaik & garam. masukkan cip coklat.


4. With a rubber spatula fold the wet ingredients, along with the melted butter into the dry ingredients. Stir to combine only, do not over mix the batter or you will have a tough muffin.
4. Guna spatula, kaup balik adunan basah, masukkan juga mentega yang di cairkan ke dalam adunan kering. Gaul hingga sebati, jangan terlebih gaul nanti muffin keras.


5. Evenly fill 2 tbsp of the batter into the muffin cups.
5. Tuang rata 2 sudu besar adunan ke dalam muffin cup.


Topping:
1. In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients & then sprinkle a little on top of each muffin.
1. Dalam mangkuk kecil, satukan bahan2 topping & letakkan sedikit atas muffin.


2. Bake 15 - 20 min or until inserted toothpick into the muffin it will comes out clean. Clet it cool 5 min in a pan before transfer into a wire rack. 
2. Bakar selama 15 - 20 min atau bila muffin di cucuk dengan pencungkil gigi akan keluar bersih. Biarkan sejuk 5min dalam acuan baru pindahkan atas redai.
